GiMTradeFin is a trade finance brokerage operating from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We act solely as an intermediary connecting users (importers, exporters) with independent third-party financial institutions. We do not provide loans, credit facilities, guarantees, or financial products ourselves.

2. Nature of our services 

Our Services include:

• Receiving and reviewing inquiries, invoices, and deal details

• Conducting basic prescreening and verification

• Introducing qualified users to third-party financiers

• Facilitating communication and document exchange

• Providing general information and guidance on trade financing options

3. No financial advice or guarantee

• We do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice.

• All financing decisions, terms, interest rates, approvals, and disbursements are made solely by third-party financiers.

• We do not guarantee that any inquiry will result in financing approval, nor do we guarantee specific terms, rates, or outcomes.

• You remain fully responsible for all decisions, risks, and obligations related to any financing arrangement.

3. Eligibility & user responsibilities 

You represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts

• All information and documents you provide are true, accurate, and complete

• You are not subject to any sanctions, money-laundering restrictions, or legal prohibitions

• You will use our Services only for lawful trade purposes

5. Fees

• Initial consultations and basic matchmaking are provided free of charge.

• Success-based fees (arrangement or referral fees) may apply only when a deal is successfully financed and goods/services move.

• Exact fees are quoted privately on a case-by-case basis and are payable only upon successful closure.

• We may also receive referral commissions from financier partners — this does not increase your cost.

5. Intellectual property 

All content on our website (text, design, logos) is owned by GiMTradeFin or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without permission.

6. Limitation of liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We provide Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis

• We are not liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from:

o Denial of financing by third parties

o Delays, errors, or non-performance by financiers, suppliers, or logistics providers

o Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

o Use of or reliance on any information provided

• Our total liability (if any) shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

7. Indemnity 

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms, inaccurate information, or unlawful use of our Services.

8. Termination 

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time for breach of these Terms or legal/compliance reasons.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction 

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

10. Changes to Terms 

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance.

Submission of an inquiry, invoice, or deal does not guarantee financing approval, specific terms, rates, timelines, or successful matching with a financier. Outcomes depend entirely on the policies and discretion of third-party financiers.

Any information, guidance, or suggestions provided on our website, via WhatsApp, email, or otherwise is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.

4. Risks remain with you 

Cross-border trade and financing involve significant risks, including (but not limited to): non-delivery of goods, supplier fraud, buyer default, currency fluctuation, regulatory changes, political instability, logistics delays, and non-approval by financiers. You assume all such risks.

Any financiers, suppliers, logistics providers, or other parties introduced by us are independent third parties. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee their performance, solvency, or compliance.
