• Business & trade data: company registration number, business address, nature of business, import/export history
• Financial & transaction data: approximate deal value, product/service description, proforma invoice / commercial invoice details, supplier details, destination country, origin country
• Identity verification data: copy of passport/ID, business registration certificate, utility bill or address proof (when required for prescreening)
• Communication data: messages, call notes, WhatsApp/chat logs, email correspondence
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, website usage data (via cookies/analytics)
We do not collect sensitive financial data such as full bank account numbers, credit card details, or passwords.
